Riyadi’s administration has decided to withdraw from the West Asian qualification tournament. The reason behind this decision was due to the fact that the organizing committee decided that American-Lebanese player Joseph Vogel is to be considered a foreigner. Mr. Khatcharian has promised Riyadi's administration to treat the player as a Lebanese player, however it seems that he backed off his promise, which led Riyadi to decide not to participate in this tournament.
